Multi-Specialty Practice looking for a General Dentist. The office is paperless, equipped with CBCT, and Cerec. Doctors are treated professionally and have the ability to perform all aspects of Dentistry. For the right Candidate, this is a quick track to ownership. Ownership is offered after 2 years of being an associate. We are looking for someone that is motivated, a good communicator and does quality dentistry. The office is efficient, friendly, clean and has great operational systems. Dentists are encouraged to perform high production cases. Guaranteed salary of $700/day offered against 30% of Production. After 2 years of employment the commission goes up to 33% of Production. Our current Associate is averaging $1200/day. We are family practice that treats patients of all ages. We do everything from basic fillings to full arch cases, including All on 4’s. This is a great opportunity for a Dentist to get into a one of a kind practice with a real track to Ownership.
