I have learned to manage and anticipate some of the speed bumps that can arise during the preliminary negotiation. Once both parties have a basic agreement on terms and expectations, I refer only the best professionals (accountants, lawyers, financiers) to complete the transaction. I will not consult or assist in any deal that does not provide favorable outcomes for the buyer and seller.
